Installing MobileFusion:
- Once your purchase is complete and you've downloaded the MobileFusion disk image, your Mac should automatically expand and mount the file for you. If not, search your Downloads folder (or wherever the file was downloaded to) and double click on the MobileFusion.dmg file to mount it.
- A window displaying the contents of the file you downloaded should now be open on your screen. Double click the MobileFusion.rwtheme file to install your brand new theme.
Adding custom header and background images:
That's it, you're done! We recommend using images that are as small as possible to reduce page loading times and to minimize the cost to your mobile users.
- Once you've installed MobileFusion, navigate to where the theme is store on your Mac. From your home folder it should be located in /Library/Application Support/RapidWeaver/
- Select the MobileFusion.rwtheme file and either 1) Right click and choose Show Package Contents, or 2) Click the Action button and select Show Package Contents.
- In the following window navigate to the /Contents/images/ folder. Place your custom header and background images here, in gif format only, and rename them:
- For header images: image1.gif, image2.gif, etc. up to image5.gif
- For background images: background1.gif, background2.gif, etc. up to background5.gif
That's it, you're done! We recommend using images that are as small as possible to reduce page loading times and to minimize the cost to your mobile users.

Miscellaneous Tips & Notes of Interest (Updated 9.2.2008)
- When RapidWeaver exports standalone pages for your photos (for example, in a blog post), it apparently does not use the template included with MobileFusion. We haven't yet found a fix to this issue, so please be aware of it as you design your site.
- Due to the large number of browsers and lack of widely accepted coding standards (and some of you may have already experienced this), some mobile devices will not correctly display certain aspects of your mobile site. For example, in our testing Blackberry devices did not appear to support either the display: none or display: inline css elements. Interestingly enough, they do support display: inline-block, but this is not part of the CSS 2.0 Mobile Profile, so we have not included this option in MobileFusion. The iPhone, however, as well as devices with the Opera Mini browser or those with Windows Mobile should correctly display every design feature in MobileFusion.
- Although MobileFusion supports the use of background images in both the header and main content areas, in our testing a large majority of mobile devices did not display these images at all. We recommend choosing a background color similar to the image you are using (if applicable) to support these devices.
